Coronavirus (COVID-19) Vessel Notification Requirements – Maritime Declaration Of Health - UPDATED
Mariners, Port Users and Vessel Operators/Agents are advised of the following requirements for vessels arriving at the Port of Neath;
All vessels arriving from ports inside/outside of the UK must submit a completed Maritime Declaration of Health form to the Port Authority via their shipping agent when other pre-arrival information is submitted. This must be done no later than 12 hours before the vessel’s anticipated ETA.
Similarly, for any operations involving the transfer of personnel to or from vessels in the port limits of Neath, the vessel’s master will first need to submit a Maritime Declaration of Health form to the Port Authority.
Please ensure that this requirement is promulgated to all vessel Masters to avoid potential delays.
